SEVEN USEFUL ANSWERS

Before you
send the reference.

The collection is a starting point. These answers explain what is shown here and what still needs a direct conversation.

01Is purchase or rental available?

The catalog shows sample design concepts. Actual purchase and rental options need owner confirmation for the item in question. Include your preference and the reference when you inquire.

02Can I see which costumes are available?

Availability is confirmed directly, rather than through a live stock system. Send the reference and relevant dates. A costume appearing here is not a promise that it can be supplied.

03Does vintage-inspired mean genuinely old?

No. Vintage-inspired describes a design approach. An actual garment can only be described as vintage when its age and provenance are supported by verified information.

04How should I check the fit?

Supply body measurements and ask for the garment dimensions. Mention underlayers and performance movement. The care page explains which measurements are useful; no fit is guaranteed by the test image.

05Will I receive the accessories in the image?

Not necessarily. A pictured collar, cap, shirt or other layer may be a styling suggestion. Ask for a written list of the pieces included with the actual item.

06Can I wash or steam the costume?

Follow the instructions for that specific garment and its trims. Ask before treating a mark or applying heat. Rental cleaning arrangements and any alterations need prior owner agreement.

07Is a costume reserved when I send the form?

No. An inquiry is a request for information. Even after the message is accepted, a reservation, rental or purchase requires separate confirmation of availability and terms.
